New construction means you need an electrician at your disposal fast. One fase of construction being held up means another is bitting at the bit to move on. From the pole to the house, running wires inside walls to electrical panel. "Working with you."
From time to time everyone has seen that must have light fixture. Perhaps, the lights flickering is driving you bonkers. Could be that hot tub has been calling your name your whole life. What ever it is, we'll make it happen.
During a remodel you need those wires run and those appliances installed. I do all of it, run all circuits and add fixtures all following N.E.C. (National Electric Codes).
